    That's nothing unusual.

Annoying when it's your product name their using, but that's pretty common.

You could try and send them a carefully worded letter requesting that they remove it.

Is any of the actual code stolen or just the names?

pretty common practice. I'm not sure if you could actually be successful in suing them for stealing business. I'm assuming you could, but if you're not making a killing with the software, then my guess is that you won't have much of an arguement. :)

They out of Spain, good luck getting anything done. They will just laugh at a letter, no lawyer is going to touch it.

The best option you have is to contact google and other search engines and request to have them removed from the results. If you own the name they are using most search engine groups will at the least remove the record that shows your name.

Well, their product is free...I would request that they either remove the wording, or provide a link to your site for your product.

Also, do you have your name trademarked? You should :sad2:

i think you have a broken link or something. Hit "Downloads" from the top, then scroll down to where the two grey buttons are the say "download" or "buy". I try hitting the "buy" but it doesn't work :sad2:
