Uhh, fuckin y1997 is my lifting partner/trainer and made me do this cuz he's a bitch. Anyways a little background information: Swam all 4 years of HS, (03-07) and never touched a weight. In 9th grade I was 125 lbs and 5'10. Skinny as hell. When I graduated I was about 150 lbs and 6' so still skinny as hell. Summer of '07 I started lifting on and off with y1997 and then stopped when I went off to college got drunk a lot then stopped lifting etc. Beginning of May '08 I was 6 foot and about 178lbs then I started lifting mid May with y1997 so for May and June our logs would look about the same except for differences in weight. Then June 23rd went to jail for some bs for 30 days and came out weighing 155lbs. Still 6 foot. Skinny again, but I hit the lifts again last week and almost everything I hit personal bests in and if I didn't I was at the same level I was before. So now my log is gonna start with me at 6 foot and 165lbs and looking pretty good.
