MMA I dont have a pair of handgrippers but...

    I use ben-wa balls. You know, those two metal balls you roll around eachother in one hand. They jingle. They're primary usage was actually an ancient sex toy used in japan i hear. But anyway, anybody else use these things to increase grip strength?

    those would be more for hand dexterity than strength.

    seriously nobody can break my grip on the gi and it helps tremendously for no gi

    AWESOME!!! If you use that and the Ben-Wa balls, you'll have such a strong grip they'll probably ban you from competing.

    Also, a chinese finger trap will help your armbar defense and add 75lbs to your deadlift :coold:

    also towel pullups are a great exercize for increasing grip, esp for gi
