whats the point.
thats what home owners insurance is for
i didn't have one for a while, now i just basically have a 10 gun cabinet like mallninja. but the point, other than to prevent your guns being stolen is to keep them out of the hands of people who shouldn't have them.
doesnt matter to me.. I know who is invited into my house and who isn't..
stolen, burned, whatever, as long as theyre replaced
well, i guess it doesn't matter to you but it matters to the people trying to make laws preventing us from owning them. they love to hear stories about someone stealing a legal assault rifle and murdering someone with it. just LOVE it.
why you gotta make me feel guilty
besides, I dont have any "assault rifles".. I had a SAR-1, sold it
You also need to own something worth stealing
I want a safe that can handle a few rifles and some handguns and maybe a few other small valuables.
I have some that would be difficult or impossible to replace. I don't want to lose my grandfathers handgun even if it has little cash value. My P99's would be a pain in the ass to replace with the harder to find trigger variant. I could wait 6 months for new leather to be made. I'd be left without a gun. I know I won't come home to find my gunpointed in my face. I know while I'm out of the house no one will have an accident with my guns.
To be as polite as possible, do you really have to ask why you should lock up valuables, especially lethal ones? Do you lock your car or just go "eh insurance?"
alright you fucks, you talked me into it.
i'll get one..
and yes, i do have some unreplaceable guns.. like my first gun, a 222 bolt action savage that my late grandfather gave to me
Obviously not, he thinks Fast Cars > Hot Girls......
I liked the silver door Brinks safe a member here bought from Costco. I have not been able to find it myself yet.
Here it is. It's PUREVIL's safe.
That's exactly what I need. Ran out of money though
apx. how heavy is that?
I like that.....now get those rds in the safe and/or cans
Not allowed to have gats without a safe here
fast cars dont get all emotional and clingy after you take em for a quick ride
Why does he need his guns to be triggerlocked when they're locked in a safe?
I only want one so nobody uses MY GUN on ME!
I would only want one to keep it safe from my kids. If any of my guns are stolen, Homeowners insurance will cover it.
I got mine now so that when I have kids I won't have to worry about being able to afford it. I keep a couple of guns out of the safe within easy reach so if someone breaks into my house they'll probably find them .
Right now I put a cable lock through the action on my AR and put it on the top shelf of my closer, I remove the bolt from the Mosin and put it in the closet and lock my 1911 in a pistol safe in my nightstand.
better safe than sorry?
