usually do back first. now i know to switch up exercises after awhile for muscle confusion, but would order matter? such as if i did bi's before back?

why exhaust your biceps before hitting your back?

Some stuff people just have to learn for themselves the hard way. Go ahead and knock yourself out doing bi's before back

well, how I see it is that your biceps are used while doing back exercises..so going in with an already fatigued bicep will limit the performance of your back. :dunno:

this combined w/ recommending bi before back makes it seem like your trolling. thats why KIDR gave the response he did.

My bicep lag and my back doesn't so I did biceps before back for awhile to reduce the amount of bi's used. Not sure what the problem is.

you're right. I think I meant to write asked about recommending.....anyway

no I wouldnt do it. I would put them on their own day if they were lagging. I think it would be pointless to try to move weight on back after hitting bis....just imo.. But Nudes says he's done it so there you go

I usually mix it up by doing preachers in between back excerises, when back is finished, I wear out my bis with hammer and BB curls

You think the bicep lag is due to over working them?

I'm willing to be the farm that NUDES is in the same boat I'm in and the lack of bicepts is due to not wokring them at all instead of over working them.

I have tried to make this work, but for me this involves too many muscle groups. Working back will involve the biceps, and working chest will involve the shoulders and triceps. I get too much of a workout to do these other groups on a different day, but not enough of a workout that I am satisfied.

I stick to the old tried and true push/pull/legs system.
