Step 1 -> Put any food you want in your mouth, no matter how bad it is for you Step 2 -> chew it to get the flavor and texture you enjoy so much Step 3 -> Spit it out into a trash can nearby. Step 4 -> Repeat Seriously though, is there anything wrong with that? Like, if I really wanted pizza while I'm cutting, could I just like order a pizza, and chew + spit the whole thing? Would I still absorb some of the calories even though none of it gets digested? Sorry, just one of those things I was thinking about while laying in bed.
