I can barely walk today. Sitting down and getting out of a chair is near impossible . I did not know exactly how weak my quads/hams were until last night: Squats: 100lbs, 4 sets, 8 reps Leg presses: whatever it weighs without weights, 3 sets, 8 reps (my legs were dead after squats). Now as if this makes any sense, I can do 4 sets/15 reps of the standing calve raises on a weight of 450lbs. Sitting down I can do 4 sets/15 reps of 4x45. I don't think that's normal.
