Damn I wish I started to do these when I 1st hit the gym 3 months ago! Loved the feeling of squatting. Never worked legs before either. I used a barbell with weights. I rested the bar above my shoulder blades, and I came down till my thighs were about parallel with the ground. My feet were flat on the ground. Is my technique right? There is a squatting machine but I didn't use that. I only used 70 lbs of weight, but this was to make sure I was doing things right. On my next visit I shall increase up the weights..
