oooh. I really hate to rain on your paradge, but if you are asking to be honest, that wasn't the "best" deal out there. Several guns I would have rather had in that price range.

XD, M&P or Glock. Budsgunshop is selling the M&P for $399, plus you get a $50 rebate, PLUS you get two addtional mags. And it's a superior gun in almost all aspects over the P95.

The P95 is huge, heavy and the trigger is long and so is the reset. The pro's for them are that they are fairly reliable and built like tanks. But that's also a con, built like a tank.

That's JMHO. If you like it, nevermind what others think and shoot it. Only thing I'd consider from ruger is their wheel gun .357 or a rifle. They have a new pistol out that's striker fire that's suppose to be rock solid. SR9?

i only own 2 rifles, a .22 and a .17 so i wanted something that was relatively cheap, that was a 9mm, and was reliable enough to take alot of abuse

You maybe paid a bit much for it but its not a "bad" gun by any means. For a "local dealer" price you won't find much to compete with it.

That gun is only $299 at my dealer... my uncle just bought one cause his buddy told him some shop down the road had the best prices so he went and paid $350 for it..I finally got to check it out and aside from being a total pain in the ass to take apart/put back together I wasn't impressed by the feel or the ergonomics of it in general.

plus the extractor seems to always snap back up when you go to put the slide back on so it gets stuck and you have to stick a hook up the magwell to pull it down to get the slide back off.

Sounds like you paid $100 for the membership...

My shop told me they're blowing that pistol out cause they've stopped/are stopping making them.
The M&P is the same price to slightly more for better gun all around not to mention lighter and easier to conceal being thinner n nowhere near as much to snag.

there is no CCW in this state, so conceal ability is a non-issue

Well if you're never going to carry it on you and don't care about size than why not just get a desert eagle.... :hsugh:

I'm just saying it's a lot more comfortable and has a hell of a lot less to get snagged up on it. I didn't get to shoot it yet so not sure how nice it shoots, but he did say it's accurate, it's his first Semi-Auto everything else he has is revolver or rifle.

Right on Bud's " $439.00 Delivered" so it's $399. They changed how they post to showing the pricing including delivery.
