I did search, but need clarification - Caffeine

    So I'm aware that caffeine has potential metabolism-boosting/fat-loss-aiding properties. I am extremely sensitive to chemicals, including caffeine, and don't want to a) become dependant or b) waste time/money. Goal = fat loss.

    If I use caffeine, when should I take it, ideally? I don't think I can take more than 400mg/day without becoming jittery.

    Since I am sensitive to a lot of chemicals/supplements, should I combine the caffeine with anything else?

    If it does indeed boost my metabolism/aid my fat loss, when I've reached my goal weight and discontinue it's use, will my metabolism see a difference? Will clean maintanence cals and regular workouts be enough alone to keep up the results?

    Does anyone know of any lasting negative effects of caffeine usage in this manner?

    some dude i work with took about 1500mg of caffeine, he was all cracked out o_O

    30-40 is okay, a bit on the light side i'd say though

    id probably take like 40mg syn every 5 hours but i dont even bother with it

    i normally do about 30mg a serving 2 or 3 times aday

    pretty decent stuff

    I like the kick I'm getting from 200mg 2x a day, but before, I'd just get hungry if I didn't eat. Now, if I don't eat every 2 hours or so, I get nauseated, crabby, and feel like I'm just about to vomit until I eat. After 1 bite of anything, I'm fine for another couple hours. :wtf:

    i seem to crash when i get home from work, i become very physically tired.. not able to go to the gym.. i think im going to back off on it..

    So what is optimal dosing for synburn/caffine/ephedine? I plan on starting at 25 eph/200 caff/30 syne a day. I was then planning on bumping it to 50 eph(2 tabs spread through the day)/400 caff (taken with eph)/60 syn?

    What do you guys suggest? 200lb male btw.
