    Weighed myself after my work out tonite. on an empty stomach came out to 161. :bowdown: started off at 125 14 months ago. not sure what my body fat % is but it looks like clean, lean muscle gain.

    congrats man.

    Like I said before, I'm totally in the same boat here. I started out at 131 13 months ago and last week I weighed in at 160. I was stoked for sure. :bowdown:

    I'd like to get to 200 but realistically I think I'm looking at 180 absolute max.
