    Deadlifts did
    155x5,175x5,195x5,205x5,225x5

    Squats I did
    135x5,155x5,175x5,195x5,205x5

    Im gonna be sore tommorow though :wtc: :wtc:

    im so sore too man, i just started squatting again after two years off

    so far so good as far as injuries though :x:

    Literally I was lying in my bed just wanting to cry, I would try to lift my arm but I hit failure so hard I just couldnt move

    lol i wasnt htat bad

    however im in college, and teh first night i was back squatting a few weeks ago i was trying to get into my top bunk, i use my legs to like grab the other side of the bed and climb up. I failed like 3 times lol.

    Absolutely right. At 150 if I'm not doing everything 30-40 lbs over my weight, I might as well not even be in the gym.
