fucking sucks. I can barely walk. Lower back hurts, and its pinching a nerve or something, radiating pain/tingling down my left leg. I've been taking cyclobenzaprene (muscle relaxant), but the only thing thats helped the pain was the darvocet I popped this morning, but it knocked me out for hours. Anyone else have any experience with this? I'm not gonna be able to lift until its fixed.

    FUCK.

yes, i definetly had experienxe with this, if its what i have, which is what it sounds like, then its a herniated disk. I was out for three months, i mean lying down out, and to this day i still have to be careful, go to the doctor.

    update -

after taking muscle relaxants and sleeping on a heating pad all weekend, its 80% better. I think its starting to stiffen up from the inactivity, so I'm gonna make sure to hit the gym today and try to do the best I can. I'm also going to slowly incorporate more waist/lower back stuff into my routine to help solidify those areas, so that I don't get this problem again.

i took muscle relaxants for a few nights in a row while icing that shit down, and i was able to do chest yesterday. I'm still a little stiff, but its 95% better. I think a lot of it is the fact that it hurts like a bitch to move, so you just keep it still/underused, and that tends to make it stiffer and the problem worse. Try to keep active and stretch it out as much as possible.
