    & not care anything that may happen along the way.

    only downside is i have A LOT of dress clothes, (probably 35 fitted shirts alone) that may not fit. they barely fit my shoulders as is :o

    but really. i see too many guys who filled out well, in a frame as small as mine, my height. there's no excuse.

    eh, i've done it before. my waist has been up to 34". right now it's 27.

    i just had 2 cherry danish's & a bagel as my 10pm feeding. 11pm is a granola bar & whey. noon is wheat bread & natty pb&j. lunch is at 2pm.

    You are'nt eating that much in my opinion :p

    I just watched ronnie's second video. What amazed me is that he eats only 4 meals in the OFF-SEASON. How does he gain so much size? Then I remember they don't show the several injected steroid shots a day.

    Anyway, good luck bulking

    I'm sure his meals are rather large. I can get like 4000 calories in just 3 meals

    I actually played some flag football last night, almost died from running. I only played like 6 plays too, they stuck me on the line,lol

    Hell Yeah, Intramurall Flag Football D-Lineman for LIFE!

    My first game I had 3 Sacks and 1 Pass Batted Down.

    But I am not fat, just a bit chubby, but I am the strongest or second strongest on the field so they want me rushing the QB, which is A-OK with me, the OLine sucks, but you can release and get really easy first downs if you have moves on top of moves(which I dont.)

    I fell your pain man, this time last year I was a receiver/corner with some moves....but now I'm a safety/linebacker, and I must say I prefer it but the running kicks my ass now

    Goalies are a lot better off being a bit fatter rather than a bit skinnier.

    i never agree'd with that. but i played last season as center/d, & boy did i suffer when i was on D.

    i did stand a few guys up pretty good though, knocked one guy flat on his ass when he tried to hit me.

    i'm only 5'8, i was like 135lbs mid season, wasn't fun when opposing centers tried to fight me, lol.

    i'm not sure yet. we might switch leagues. i'm hoping to either play goal, or split time with another person.
    our goalie this year did real well. i'm better, i think, but i'm also probably the fastest skater on the team. & when we lost our first line center, i kinda had to fill teh void.

    Holy shit you were only 135? Geez I thought you put some weight on a while back. Youre practically smaller than me. Whats the deal with your leagues anyway? Hockey season is starting now, not ending.

    that's the lowest i've been. i played goalie at 165 one season, that was interesting.
    they have leagues year-round. i did it last time becaus a bunch of the islanders players were playing too, due to the lockout & whatnot.

    i honestly regret my "just get big" period of lifting. i got fat too. if i were to do it again, i'd really clean up my diet, but still eat a ton of food. but try and keep it mostly protein and carbs and limit the fat.

    I got really fat as well, and I was thinking that maybe I went way overboard with my intake, but I've dropped less than half my lbs gained, and I'm about where I was before bf% wise, I maybe have a couple lbs to go. So now I don't know when I do it again whether I'll go at the same speed, or go slower and take more time, or change my intake to get more protein and less fats. It was really annoying being fat as hell though.
