At least I curl near the curl station.

Seriously though, when it comes to deadlifting and doing shrugs, it comes down to either using the bar in the squat rack or taking a bar off of one of the benches. Since noone squats at my gym, I'm doing them a favor.

nothing wrong with shrugging and doing bb rows in the squat rack. preventing injuries isn't quite the same "blasting the bi's" in the squat rack.

You can prevent injuries while doing Curls in the squat rack.
I think its the same concept. It depends on what type of rack your given. If your gym has either of these or just one of them then you should utilize it the fullest.

This rack should be used for squatting and deadlifts.

This rack can be used for curls, squats, shrugs, presses and what not.

It all depends on the rack you have.

We used to have a couple but somehow they were broken. What really pisses me off is they spend thousands of dollars a month to maintain all the cardio equipment but won't buy a couple $400 bars which will last a long time.

We just have squat stands, only one power rack and no one really uses it.

I cover up most of the time when I think other cars can see me. Well, one sunny day I was lost in thought, furiously stroking my dick while driving down the highway, when a truck pulled up along side me on my left. We were going about the same speed for awhile before I noticed it. I looked up shocked to see a girl that was maybe 12 or 13 looking at me with her mouth wide open. I panicked and put my finger up to my lips as if to say, "Be quiet. Don't tell anyone." She nodded in agreement. I slowly started to jerk off again with her watching while trying to stay at the same speed as whoever was driving the truck. After a few minutes I came all over myself and my steering wheel before waiving goodbye and taking an exit off the highway. Fucking best orgasm ever.

I used to deadlift in the squat rack, but there really is no point if you are pulling off the floor. Besides, in my gym there are only two power racks, so I do others the favor of not pulling there if someone wants to do their 3" ROM squats.

I hurt my back years ago so I'm scared to squat on anything but a Smith Machine. Not that it makes a big difference. Pretty much the same except it's rail guided and the bar weighs 15lbs instead of 45.
