i gave up bench pressing
Werd. It was. But I kept my head on the bench so im still better than him. but after doing it I'm inclinded to think that it was some how faked or that he has some incredible wrist and tendon strenght.
You dont have to tell me man... I thought that shit was weird too.
As I said in the thread... I work the 130lbs DB's for sets of 10 haflway through my chest routine and max 170lbs higher than this kid and not even I handle 100lbs DB's that easily.
i did decline bench last night and hurt my left shoulder.
it always comes back when i try to do heavy shoulder shit.
i don't know if its rotator cuff or tendon or some shit. but its pissing me off

Theres a guy at my old gym weighs around 145 and he can rep the 120's on flat bench. He's 24 I think. ITs very odd when you see it happen though.
I'm gonna try and take the 100s for a ride in a couple weeks after my meet. I'm hoping for at least 3 reps
i got 111 for 6
I did palms in db bench for the first time in a while
it was nice, only 3 weeks ago the I did the 95s for 7
yeah, after that thread, i said i wonder what i could flat DB press.
i found i could do 90's X 5 and i only weigh 30 lbs more than him.
i guess its not that impressive after all
i'm steady with the 120's.

I have no idea. I do DBs like once a month sometime less. Id imagin 105 though.
