I coupled Chest with Biceps tonite...

    For the first time.. I usually do Chest/tri and Back/bi.. but i kinda liked it.. I had more energy in my biceps since they weren't tired out from back exercises.. I think I may give this a shot for a few months :dunno:

    anyone else do it?

    edit: i mean n/m.. i dont work out :hsugh:

    i give bis/tris their own day, and whenever i talk about it on here i catch shit for it and how its pointless... but doing chest/bis and back/tris is basically the same thing since they arent used for eachother....

    back when i was working out i would find that a good chest day would also make my triceps kinda sore.. and if i did back/tri the next day they would be to sore.. so i avoided it.. i guess i coulda added more rest days between them or whatnot.. but this is just my experience.

    I hear you... my I do the same thing, its the only way to fully work the bi's / tri's IMO
