I couldn't stand it any longer....

    My upper body and midsection have grown in the last couple months that I've been back into working out, but my legs are still sticks....

    Tonight I did squats and DL's and it feels great. Ruining my plans but oh well. Calisthenics don't do shit for legs.

    Well no kidding.

    How exactly are squats and deads ruining your plans though?

    I just wanted to do everything without weights. I'm making good progress everywhere other than legs, hopefully that'll change now that I'm gonna do squats and dl's twice weekly.

    I did squats and deads tonight too. Deads are hard after doing SSB squats :hs:

    my deadlift and squat went to shit since i hurt my back & knee...hopefully they come back fast

    I squatted today, but did speed pulls 110kg for 10 sets of 1 w/ 30 sec rest
