about 3.5 miles. Which is alot for me cause 1) I never run 2) I hate running 3) I have only trained twice in the last 2.5 weeks.

I ran about 5.8ths of it. I got a cramp just under 1/2 way through and had to walk for a bit.

Once I got to the outside of my complex and considered my run finished (prolly had a 1/4 mile back to my apartment) I felt like I was gonna puke. Luckaly I didn't. I am now home still all sweat suited up and about to shower.

I miss training. I miss sweating alot. I miss working out in general. Fuck having a night job cause you gotta and fuck the guy who invented rent. If I could I would beat his ass.

Yeah man, what happened? It seemed like you were really in the heat of things and I can't remember the last time I saw a post from you regarding your own MMA career. Is there even one?

:werd: i just turn my iPod on and pretty much get my mind in the right place to run. it'll suck for this december break; a month of no training, my mom/grandmom criticizing every little thing i do (i haven't seen them in like a year), and the xmas/new years tradition of stuffing our faces. :hs:

I fought in March, lost, made very little money, started working alot to make up for it.

Rent increased, so work load increased.

I work at night so I'm out till 4am pretty often.

After my loss I had injured hands and a 2 month suspension. I was depressed and drinking a lot. I was takin pain killers for my hands.

I just fell out of the loop. Workin as much as possible to stay afloat and training when i could. it took about 3 months before I could punch again after my fight so I did nothing for those 3 months. I got in some debt and just kept working.

I've had some weeks where i go in 5-10 times but then I'll get a heavy hit the next week and work every night.

December is a low work month cause of the holidays so I hope to get my training back on point then and kill it in the gym.

I try and run everyday, but i hate it.

Bought a weight vest so I dont have to run as long some days.

I got it for $49 at Walmart. It's only $20. Which for me is plenty, and for most people under 190 I would imagine.

And if you are creative you could find ways to make it weigh more. Its not one of the fancy ones that have little sand bags or whatever, but it is adjustable.

worst thing is it wont cinch tight enough for me. so its super loose around the stomach and sways to the sides when i run. :mamoru:

also bought a $75 zune on woot and put it on the bookshelf thing on the treadmill and watch fights when i run, keeps me motivated and entertained.

I bought a great vest from walmart, I think 50 bucks. 20lbs in 1lbs weights. I dig it.

same on i got. I run the circumference of my neighborhood once (i guess its around 2 miles) and i am dumping sweat. Also the shifting of the weight makes a cadence that almost makes it so you cant stop running.

that is terrible for your back. invest in the weight vest and save yourself the money in the long run from Dr's visits.
