    yeah that's my problem also.
    I'm trying to find a reasonably priced stand that has room for a large center speaker.

    i dont think any stand exists thats big enough for the cc-690 im going to have to set up, my plan is is that if i were to get that tv stand above id just build a short angled center channel stand thats aimed at the listening position.

    Not my cup of tea. 1500 bucks for something that looks like %99 of the stands in 250 dollarish range at BB or CC

    Pretty much all the stands at the chain electronics stores look the same: Boxy metal frame in a silver or black finish with glass shelves.

    but I've never seen one at BB or CC as nice as the one in the first post.
    Only nice ones I've seen at CC are the Z-Line stands which I'm tempted to buy one.

    yeah ghetto ones that cant hold weight and look ugly, also the original one posted is massive in size compared to conventional ones

    When I look at this picture, I can't help but remember a sci-fi short story I read in school about a guy who gets arrested and taken to a sanitarium because he'd rather go for a walk in the evening than watch TV.

    Nice stand, though.

    Not a fan of that stand... Sorry....

    I think the speakers on it turned me off...
