I cant seem to open programs

    such as bitcomet, itunes, winrar etc...

    i think im missing some sorta window file.. but i dont know which :squint:

    These are programs that were running fine, and now when you click on them nothing happens?
    Are you clicking on a shortcut from the desktop, or does this also happen from the program menu?

    no these cant open even from original

    Here's an easy one to try that might help, as long as you have your windows cd.

    Go start > run > and copy and paste this into there and hit ok.

    sfc /scannow

    It will ask for your windows cd, drop it in and let it run.

    That will do a file check/repair. When it finishes, do a reboot.

    ive done all those step but it still stays the same :o

    This sounds like something that would happen if you downloaded a crappy screen saver say, and then deleted it.
    A lot of times, during the delete of those programs they take pieces parts of windows with them. That's why I had you run the file repair.

    Next thing you could try would be to delete each program and reinstall.
