I cant seem to get under 210lbs, NEED HELP!!!!!

    I look like ive been leaning out but my weight doesnt go down. How is it possible that im getting more lean without losing weight? I understand bf and weight are different, but there's no way im gaining muscle while on a calorie deficit ~2300 ~6'1"(I just started taking an AI again tho). I do purs workout and do 60min of cardio 7d/w, walking @ incline. I tryed cycling carbs every 4/5 days but nothing! I will just fluctuate between the same weight. Did 20 min of hiit for a week but nothing!

    Since im ethiopian, would i be losing Subcutaneous/Visceral fat differently? Diabetes runs in my family, that effect anything? I take CEE, that effect anything? My diet is STRICT 6 days/week the other day i get drunk with friends. Should i start taking a fat loss supplement?

    cut the cheat/alcohol day out, take a percocet or something, or sniff some coke. instead. cut the carbs down lower, up the fats.

    then again we dont know what your current diet is at

    why is it a bad thing that you are leaning out without losing weight? most people would be happy about that. weight is just a number

    go by the mirror and not by the scale. It is possible to gain muscle on that diet esp if you're training hard and that is why you're weight is where it's at. If you're looking leaner, keep going.

    it says i burn 1100 cals

    oh i also do lifting/cardio together. cardio after.

    You're hovering right above the keto limit carb wise IMO. If your doing that already, why don't you just go on keto diet and try that. You probably feel like shit going in out and out of an almost keto state all the time.

    or if this isn't working as you claim. Switch it up.

    Try a lower fat moderate carb diet.

    If you're trying to lose weight. I'd skip the pwo shake(s)

    Edit: That really doesn't tell us shit from FIt day IMO. Plus it looks like it sucks.

    Can you post actual meals and when you eat them.

    how about you don't do any changes and not fuck up your diet.

    if you're leaning out and not dropping weight, that's good thing and it's exactly what you want.

    unless you're trying to make weight for some sport, which I dont think you are.

    Lower cabs. Replace low intensity walking w/ HIIT for 20-30 mins 4 days a week.
