I'm pretty new at this whole thing. I'm 5'8 and a total Ectomoprh. I was 160 in febuary, and got down to 143 by the second week of March. I cut all the fat that i needed, and i've switched my weight routine to something hypertrophic. I'm trying to eat excessive calories, while still keeping the right balance - and staying to 20% fat. I'm having a really hard time getting enough calories. Like today, for example - it's 9pm and i've only put away 2300. I'm aiming for 2800, which is what i should be consuming to bulk....but it's 9pm and there's no way i see myself eating another 500 before the end of the day (and i'm not sure if doing so this late is even a good idea?) I'm already putting down 72g of Whey a day (and consuming between 180-200g of protein in total). This old guy at the gym suggested brewers yeast, but that sounds kinda oldschool. Suggestions?
