i'm trying to get my delts/bis/tris cut but i can't. i consider myself average built. i run 1-2 miles a day and lately i gotta 4 pack. so i'm not really fat.

anyways, how come i can't get my arms cut? my arms just look like one big muscle. :squint: (not that bad but it only looks cut when i flex).

    More kickbacks.

Routine? Diet? Height? Weight? Faggotty tendencies at the gym?

All signs point to you doing it wrong. Its not genetics.

you need to understand how your body works, it does not take fat off where you want it to, it takes it off all over, you are gonna need to lose more BF.

The main complaint is you really have to work for it, while others eat fast food all day and stay shredded. THAT's genetics, yes. But just cuz you don't have that doesn't mean that it's imposible to get the same thing... you just have to put a bit more work in.

The lack of details contributes greatly to this thread.

    Definitely genetics.

If everyone who claimed that "genetics" were their problem really had a "bad genetics problem", we as a species would be totally fucked.

More muscle and get leaner? I'm 5'8 too, but I weigh 173 right now. No 4-pack for me though, I'm trying to cut down right now.

    put on some muscle :dunno:

pics would help, but seriously, lift hard... cutting bodyfat would most likely leave you really skinny, but with not-so-much muscle

. steroids are your only answer. i think a gram of test a week should fix any of your genetic problems...
