Its always a 38 or a 36. Nothing inbetween FUCK
For me, it was always 50%. I shot 20/40 twice, and 25/50. I'm happy with a 50/50 shot as long as I got 2 bullets.
what ever you say Mac
I will be forever pissed off that my qualifying run at Knox wound up as a 26/40. My rifle (one of the last training cycles with the M-16A1) massively misfed. Between time lost, and rounds falling out of the damn rifle while clearing it, I missed a bunch of shots.
Didn't help any either that the rifles were so shot out that you could wiggle them 1/4" to either side when fully assembled.
I have shot 40/40 on three different occasions. I can only do it on pop ups. Any time i try to shoot paper targets, my eyes get all fucked up and I cant see. I try to think of it as a video game. I enjoy qualifying, but now they make me be range safety all of the time because I take little time zeroing and qualifying.
(and btw, if you wanna go ahead and call bs on me, you can just ask MR_B. he has seen me do it.)
whats going on in here?
I always barely qualify,
i'm going to the range again next week,
that's exactly my story from the range at ft knox. Little did I know that if I had bombed out on my first try and bombed out again on my second try, the third try would have been at the easiest range they have. We had more expert quals from two-time losers than we had on the first day of weapons qual.
