I can squat and dead but cant bench log...

    Yea I've had 5 shoulder injuries, and it has been dislocated two times. And even when I squat I have to wear one of thosse manta ray things to keep some of the pressure off my shoulders.

    Yes because my job requires us to be able to do it. If we dont do it the first time we get to do the next dat everyday until we do make it.

    Yea anyways I wont even have the internet for the next week or two after I leave tonight going back to the stoneage

    My shoulder is almost bone to bone on the left side, so going heavy on BOR hurts like a bitch. Im suppose to have surgery on it in like 2months, and should be back to normal.

    Oh and I did 5RM on Bench, 240x5 today, first time doing actual bench press also changed it from a suicide grip to a J-Press was suprised at how much easier it was on my shoulder should have done them years ago :o

    And to Cavefish, CIA is all I can say cant give any job details.

    Be back in one to two weeks off to another third world country I go.

    No you ran a marathon. Marathons are 26 miles long. You ran a marathon. And under 3 hours is a pretty good time. Add to the fact that you snatch deadlift 525 lbs you cannot run a marathon.



    So in summary, you are a liar.
