    ok, a little background

    im on a pretty calorie restricted diet when im eating as the dr directed so I drink 2 shakes a day with 2 scoops for 480 calories and 96 g of protein. I keep my calories between 1500-2000. Before someone says thats too low remember im on the bad side of 340. :hs:. This is all after I had heart failure at age 23 last november and it was discovered I had dilated cardiomyopathy. My ef for my heart has went from 15 to 55 :coold: Even at my highest weight I played golf and basketball. I never missed a day of work until the day before I went in the hospital. When hospitalized I was swollen with heart fluid

    i lift 3 days on 1 day off and have been at it for almost a month
