    That's my log. What do you guys think? Is there anywhere you guys would say i should improve? Or change? I've looked at the stickies and I really like this routine but I'm not sure if this is okay or not. I know it may be a :hsugh:&:ugh: question, but lemme know what's good guys. Thanks! :wiggle:

    other then you not knowing the official names for certain exercises you are on the right track...beast kind of n00b you are....


    since you put forth a decent amount of effort and ovibously want to change feel free to PM me with specific questions if you ever get stuck. I wish more n00bs were like you.

    Romanian Pentecostal Church.

    ...services
    sunday morning 9-12, evening 6-8
    tuesday 7-9
    wednesday 730-930
    thursday 7-9
    friday: band/choir practiice 6-10

    I only go sunday nights, wednesdays, sometimes thursdays, and always fridays.

    Yea, I just see some guys doing these exercises in the gym, and I ask them. they seem pretty nice so I really appreciate any help. and i also got a sub to muscle & fitness magazine... so many ads in there, but theres some decent stuff. I still don't know the official terms, but i'm getting there.

    so basically keep doin what i'm doin?

    not a lot of leg work up in that log, and the only day you did, you did quad extentions and ham curls before squats, which probably made the squats less effective. Just sayin

    nonono, please. I want as many tips or info as I can get. I wanna cut the fat and get broly. So you're saying to do squats first? I'm not comfortable doing squats so I did them last because I didn't wanna mess up my other leg exercises. For now I'm doing just the bar, till I get the form down. I'm doing legs tonight.

    Imma be doing squats @ teh bar, leg curls, the extensions, and the calf thingy. And I know this may seem :mamoru::greddy:, but is it not good to do the one where you spread your legs open and close them? The one that the girls do? Thx for any info I get guys! :)

    the adductor/abductor machine (spread legs and close them :o) is ok, but most guys will flame you for using them...I never do...I'd rather squat, lunge, or deadlift

    doing squats first will allow you to have more energy to focus on the heavy compound move, then move on to your accessory moves like extentions and curls

    nothing wrong with pre-exhausting the quads/hams before squatting...Pur recommends it...

    I know there is nothing "wrong" with it, but for somebody who is completely avoiding squats, I say fuck the ext. and curls and get to squatting.

    I felt the pump on the squats. Like, I asked this pretty broly guy to make sure that I was doing it right, and he kinda helped me get it just right, and when I did it the right way, I felt the pump so good.
