after seeing all the Aurora threads 3 months ago, i ordered an Aurora Cree5 wf-600. they were back ordered so it took 2 months to get it. it is the most ridiculously bright light i've ever owned. i finally got the correct mount (1.1") and put it on the stick., its wicked.

 glad you took the chance on buying it. it really is freakishly bright, especially for $40

:werd: i really dont see how surefire can justify the extra money over something like this. solid construction, haIII coating, awesome emitter....just made for cheap from a country that pays $1.00 a month

im thinking of picking up another one as a catch all house flashlight. also b/c now they are shipping only black units. the one on my ar is grey

Amen... we should really keep it a secret though, otherwise, they'll go up in price like the Surefires!

I have 2 DealExtreme CREE lights and both of them are brighter or just as bright as my G2 Surefire.

Insane for what you pay... I love it.
