I can hardly ever get tons of energy to lift.

    I can't figure out why? I get enough sleep and eat really well, when I get home and head to the gym I just don't seem to have the energy to have an awesome, intense workout. Anybody else like this? Should I do something differently? :noes: :hs:

    By 'eat really well' I assume you mean healthy, and not excessively?

    I think the longer you work out the more pumped you will get for going to the gym. I am always pumped to work out and I usually always have a good work out. Complex carbs are important too though.
