    on camera flash?

get it off camera axis, or use a better light source. Its flat boring light. Theres no emotion from the model, light or environment. The sun behind the window is distracting since its the brightest spot on the shots. Look up the portriat hed positions. You generally don't want to see both ears. Thats a mug shot, good for liscences and jail photos only. Raise the tripod up, you're shooting up to him in almost all of them. If you wanted to make him look superior, thats fine, but thats not conveid in the photos.

I think there is too much blue and yellow/orange. I do like the composition on the first one though.

Actually the flash was about 2 feet to my right bounced off the ceiling counteracting the light coming in from the window on the other side, I think there was only 1 that it was on the camera. I was using an SB800. Like i said too, the poses are lame because i only had about 5 minutes.

Thanks for the crits so far.
