I bought some creatine ethyl ester from bulknutrition

    Take a tablespoon a day, whenever. Pre-workout would be good. You put it in liquid and drink it. Amazing.

    does it matter what drink, i think i remember gatorade being good? how long before working out?

    I recommend orange juice to mask the taste.

    Try mixing it with a small amount of water that you can shoot down in one gulp, and then finish with a glass of clean water. The taste isn't there for very long if you do it that way.

    so creatine should be taken BEFORE workout? I thought you should take it right after, no?

    ok do you take it on off days to keep it in your system or is that not necessary? and is it alright take it with my pre-workout meal which is like one hour before i workout?

    i just looked at my container and it says 1/4 teaspoon = 700mg so taking a table spoon would be almost 8g. Isn't that a bit much?

    I just got the BN CEE in the mail. 2grams = 1/4 teaspoon? thats one serving?

    edit: oops looks like 1/4 tsp is 480 mg. So 1 teaspoon is 2 grams

    I take 1 Teaspoon 30 minutes before workout....1 Teaspoon after workout.

    Mine is 1/4 teaspoon = 720mg
