GUN I "bought" an M38 today

    brb suggesting to cali senators that all other guns must be turned in and given to the dealer in the 10day waiting period so you dont go off and shoot somoene

    what really ticks me off is that I still have to wait 10 days even though i already own two firearms... wtf

    i didn't know cali was that bad...shit i own a handful of guns and can walk in and buy them that day. I knew it was comifornia but ten days sucks imo

    There is no firearms owner ID card required like IL or some of the NE states, only a quick safety test for handguns.

    Having to wait 10 days after you already own a gun is plain dumb though. There isn't any registration on long guns though, so they wouldn't know if it was your first purchase or not unless you owned a handgun.
