i was wondering how i could get into competitions and get a trainer

for some of you who think im lying im not and im not on roids. i first started to lift for football in high school played last semester in college but decided it wasnt for me so ive decided i want to try to bench 500 before im 20 and get serious about it.
Save yourself some grief and get a video up on youtube before making claims up in here.
