I'm thinking of going with a blend. I've heard cinnanmon bun is can anyone confirm this? The one I will probbably get. http://www.allthewhey.com/awpcf05.html I'm assuming I don't need to supplement with bcaas or anything because the blend has enough. I am also looking at maltodexterin to add to the shake when used pwo to cause an insulin spike to aid in absorption of the protein/everything else.
