You have GOT to tell me where you're finding these carb-free baked potatoes. Seriously.

    I think it looks decent.

If i was to make a recommendation, lower the fats a little and up the protein.

how? those ribs don't have much protein and have a whole lot of fat for that amount of calories.

A turkey burger would be 200 cals with 30 grams of protein and minimal fats. So for less total calories you could have 2 turkey burgers

    400 cals
    60g protein
    and idk 6g fat.

just increased my protein from 1g/lb to 1.5g/lb and I gotta say I just feel better in general having a stomach full of protein instead of fat/carbs. I'm also separating my meals so it's either mainly protein/carb or protein/fat. feels good.

2-3 servings of whey seems sufficient already. i'd add chicken breasts instead...

or cottage cheese (the little carbs in there won't be hurtful to your bulking)

from the looks of it, you're only eating protein three times a day.

try to eat it five times a day, the more evently separated the better....and you'll be at 250

    ya man.

that's what happens in my carb carb cycling. two meals a day, even on high carb days dont have carbs. Those meals let you get a you're fat in.

it's so much easier to eat more when things are split up through the day like that

1 cup = 28g of protein ....a decent feed. have 1.25 if you wanna make sure youre getting 35g for your feed
