    hahaha im sorry but, that questionaire is a laugh.
    they basically ask you 'are you depressed'?

    as for depression itself, get medication, get counceling, then find something you enjoy.
    and remember, happiness isn't somethng that lies over your head all the time, it's in the small things, like when listening to a cd you like, or looking up at the stars, or looking into the eyes of someone you love. i mean happiness is all in the small things, you need to find those small things and appreciate them.

    That questionaire is a joke. Half the questions did not even apply to me.

Mine is a 26, however many of the questions in my case are unrelated to depression and more related to my Lyme Disease: Such as how fast I do things, sleep problems, comprehension problems, fatigue etc. These are biological in nature, and not depression driven in my case but the test doesn't distinguish entirely between them.

    I would say the test conclusion is correct though: I am overall mildly to moderately depressed with some acute phases of severe to excessively severe depression depending on what my illness is doing inside my head.
