I think something is internally wrong with me. I dont know what the causes are......

    Situation:

For the past month or so, ive noticed whenever i build up fluids inside myself...i build gas as well......This is very bad when your in class and you have to hold the gas in and your stomach goes crazy.....

I dont know if something is wrong with my bladder...or what...but whenever i have to urinate or fluid starts to build up, i find myself so gassy.....its not as bad when im in my dorm and can let it out, but i feel like im pushing my gas out and now i feel like a soreness down below........

Anyone got advice? Go see a doctor?

    ??

Can you describe the symptoms any better? When you have to urinate you also feel like you need to pass gas? Does this happen every single time that you have to pee, and as soon as you pee the gas goes away? Or...?

Its very hard to explain...but ill try it again.

I drink a lot of water.....I start to get gassy/bloated....then i have to pee....

Most of the time when i pee, i gas at the same time... :ugh: weird i know, but thats what im dealing with......

The only supplements im on now is ON protein and No-Xplode (creatine and no2)

Its just getting to a point now where i am uncomfortable in class.....

I get gassy when I eat certain foods.. like beans, or when I drink a lot of milk or have a lot of whey. Keep a closer eye on your diet/water/whey intake, and see if small adjustments don't make it better. Then see a doctor.

what is your caffeine intake? no-explode has made me gassy...

it's possible you're developing lactose intolerance, i did for a few years... I even had a similar reaction to orange juice

You can get gas just from the way you drink your liquids. Any air trapped inside your stomach that you don't BURP out, goes out the other end [IMG]

Ontop of what you've already discovered about your diet, the fluids going into your bladder will just expand your bladder, putting pressure on your digestive tract and making you have to fart even more ;p
