Wife got me the USP for our anniversary, and I picked up the Tactical last week. It is amazing to feel the difference between the two triggers. The Tactical has a nice, crisp pull once it approaches the breaking point, unlike the regular USP. Don't get me wrong, the USP is nice, but the Tactical is much, much nicer!

Yup, a divorced one with 36 G's; no, not Glocks, tits. :wiggle: (That smilie denotes a topheavy person on the wobble.)

HKs proprietary rail is so damn close to a 1913, why hasn't anyone cut the grooves in?

Take off the area in front of the grooves on the muzzle face, and a cross groove beneath. It's so damn close.

Edit: Nice gun for a nicer collection as usual, silver.

Thank you very much, my friend.

Yeah, it kinda does suck about the rail. I'm debating about an authentic HK light, but since it'll honestly get little use, I think I may just go with the Surefire X200a/b. This way, it'll fit other firearms I have. There's no backwards conversion for HK's light on other guns. Their proprietary rails suck; that's my ONLY complaint about HK firearms.

Next, I hope to get a P7M13. We shall see, though. I have a nice little chunk of change coming in the next two months (thanks to the Veterns Dept.) and I've been eyeing the HK, or, I may just get 2-4 firearms from CDNN. Who knows?

I actually considered that but I ended up selling my USP45 since I couldn't justify spending the money for magazines and HK just annoys me. If the right deal ever came along for another one, I'd definitely start measuring and break out the dremel and file.

I feel your pain on the magazine thing. Steyr 12rd 40 cals at twenty bucks a pop from a hookup.. retail for 36.00 elsewhere.

SIGMA mags from S&W can be modified to work with Steyrs, making a 15rd magazine, but those are 35.00 a shot!

You should pick up an M9 or M40 first gen, I've seen lightly used ones go for $250!
