    I think I might start beleiving you again pur, cuz this is my first time actually getting this fat and it's been around the same calories as before (as I'm sitting here eating raisinets and drinking sweet tea)

    well be gald u aint got A Gut, l;ove handles and back that hangs over your pants...:bigthumb:
    still, its your lower back, not too many people will notice this or coment, worst comes to worst pull ur pants up higher and tuck the fat in... :hsugh:

    ya lifts are going up little by little, finally pushed a 335 bench and kinda eased off the squats a little bit, hips were acting up again

    Today is the last day of shitty eating!

    I did put some thought in it, but all powerlifters I talk to say to work on your weaknesses... I don't know if it's a weakness or just an injury

    i am not sure that would help, compression shoirts strech, and briefs don't for the most part

    I noticed this when I was bulking up on teh roids. You could still see my abs in the right light but my back fat was more pronounced... Kinda sucked :o

    haha thats how it was for me at 195 or so last winter. FUck that lol. Its not that your fat or obese but you are carring fat in the areas you don't want to. OH well keep pluggin away bro sure you're doing better than me.
