So i decided to take this nutrition and exercise seriously this time. I have a strict diet and exercise plan. I keep reading some of you using Fitday to log your shit. Sounded good to me, so i joined in. Now I weigh 197 and want to get to 174 before NYE. Fitday says that i need to intake 1650 calories a day to meet this goal. im more concerned with adding more muscle than getting to that exact weight. Im worried that 1650 calories is insufficient to properly add muscle. Am i right in thinking that its not enough? Should i just ignore fitday for anything more than just logging what i eat and using it as a journal? Someone help a scrub out. Need advice and direction.
