i had 18 beers tonight, way to blow my diet1
Eh one night of binge drinking won't totally ruin you. Just do as much damage control as possible and be real careful with your diet this week.
I'm on 3 days in a row, don't feel bad

I went with some friends to the "pink party" in the gay district here (a party the night before the gay pride parade).... there was actually a shitload of hot chicks wearing hardly any clothes, but still it was pretty gay of me to go.
Anyway, I had a shitload of bacardi, vodka, jack daniels, and a 40. I'm not on a diet but it will definitely effect my lifting performance when I hit the gym soon. I might just have to bump my schedule a day up.
Yeah, that would make most people very very sick
