I need maximum endurance and leg strength, quick hands. For the past two months I have just done some body weight exercises and ran a lot.

I kinda figured I would, but I am asking what to do in order to have maximum endurance and strength, just strength and during the third period you are tired, only endurance and you have pussy pushes. Also asking about what to do with arms for speed.

    Hockey?

You dont need anything, people switch from bodybuilding routines TO the sport of hockey to achieve success in hypertrophy (bodybuilding) and powerlifting.

    Examples:

    Ronnie Coleman
    Jay Cutler
    Johnnie Jackson
    Markus Ruhl.

    Their routines consist of:

    M - Hockey
    T - Hockey
    W - Rest
    R - Roller Hockey
    F - Air Hockey
    S - Hockey
    S - Rest

Basically just upper body, if you play hockey you already have awesome leg strength and size.

fuck you guys, you act like people need the same routine for every type of activity, I dont want to get huge, I dont want to look good,I dont want to be able to pick up buildings with my legs, I want to be a fucking beast at hockey. How about just deleting this subforum if a simple question cant be answered.

Jesus, Im not even one of those people that are asking, "how can I lose 40 lbs in a month?!!!?" or, "Do I have to use free weights?". This is a legit question, I bet that the routine for a hockey goaltender, to a soccer player, to a baseball player, to a runner, to a swimmer are all different. Obviously I am not a genius when it comes to excercise, but I am not a noob either.

its quite obvious if you want leg strength you will do a strength training routine.

Something that focuses on the core 3 movements in a 5x5 style training will help build strength.

For leg speed try movements like jumping squats.

legs, lower back (abs), shoulders, and chest are probably going to be your main focuses. I'd keep reps mid to high (8-15) for strength/endurance gains.
