I dont want to be arnold schwarzenegger, my goal is to be ryan reynold type build.
Ryan Renolds? 135, tops
Find out how tall ryan reynolds is, then his weight, and for every inch you are shorter than him subtract 10 lbs... according to my calcuations you need to be about 105lbs tops.
i knew i was going to get jokes out of this.
ok, i am 159lb, and i was/am aimingto 180. a lot of people say its too much, but wont i lose 10lb when i start cutting?
I'm 5'7 and 200lbs right now, and I'm nowhere near huge.
190 or so after cutting.
pics? bf%? 5'7" 200 is usually pretty fucking big...
5'7", lean would make Ryan Reynolds look small..
no worthwhile pics at the moment, bf% is 18-20
back and legs are pretty solid, just my damn chest and shoulders suck

yeah 5'7 200lbs isn't as big as you'd think...
I'm 5'6 at around 210 right now and I still feel kinda small
i'm 5'7 200 also right now at around 15% or so, i've posted a few pics. it's not that big
bigger than ryan reynolds....
here was at around 200lbs at 5'6
i now know not to strive for 200!!
btw, all ppl whom are 5'7" should be 167 lbs. its written in the 5'7" rule book.
thats too big i dont want anything near that...
I am just going to get to 170, and start cutting.
he probably doesn't look that big unflexed.
he still lookst 10x as "bloated" as ryan reynolds to girls.
