    if you feel like you're getting unfairly flamed in a log you take time to put up, then don't respond to the flames and just keep posting your workouts

    if you are going to constantly flame me, just post "flame" in my training logs.

    if you are going to actually help me, just post "help" in my log.

    after a day or two Ill get a running tally and if help has more than flame, Ill post my shit up here, especially for your stork <3

    ok i started making my log on october 11th. I was more or less free style lifting up to this point. its a 4 day split every week.

    10-11-06

    weight: 147

    upper ME flat bench day

    maxed out at 165, then repped 4 x 150

    then I did circuit training

    incline db bench 1 x 10 x 30 dbs
    bent over db row: 1 x 10 x 45 dbs
    bradford press: 1 x 10 x bar
    tricep cable pushdown: 1 x 10 x 40

    i did this circuit twice more same amount of reps

    leg day - more of a repetition effort

    box squat : 10 x 3 x 135

    lunges : 8 X 3 X 95 X 2 (8 reps each leg)

    deadlifts: 8 x 2 x 135

    45 degree back raises weight behind neck: 4 x 12 x 10 lbs

    for abs I just do decline situps weight behind head 6 x 10 x 5 lbs

    flat bench with 95 pounds on the bar
    wide grip : 17 in a row
    close: 10 in a row
    normal: 13 in a row

    bradford presses: 3 x 10 x barbell no weight

    pull ups: 1 x 6, 1 x 5, 1 x 5, 1 x 5 body weight

    skull crushers with ez bar: 3 x 10 x 20 lbs on each side

    hammer curls: 3 x 10 x 20 dbs

    1rm pin pull 265
    then i pulled 215 x 7

    box squats: 6 x 5 x 165

    GM's: 6 x 5 x 95

    45 degree back raises: 4 x 12 x 10

    abs: 8 x 10 x 5 lbs

    lunges - 2nd day to do them, was too sore, pussed out. did hamstring curls on machine 5 x 5 x 80
    dead lifts : 8 x 2 x 140
    45 degree back raise: 4 x 12 x 10
    abs: 6 x 10 x 10 lbs

    wide: 20 reps

    med: 14 reps

    bradford press: 1 x 10 x60 lbs, 1 x 9 x 60, 1 x 10x 60
    pull ups : 1 x 6, 1 x 5, 1 x 5, 1 x 4, 1 x 3, 1 x 3
    skull crushers: 3 x 10 x 25s on each side of the ez bar (i always super set with 10 reps of close grip bench movement)
    hammer curls: 3 x 10 x 25 lb dbs

    9 reps total at 125 broken into 2 or 3 sets i forget

    then i circuited this

    flat db bench: 1 x 10 x 40

    bradford: 1 x 10 x 55

    bent over db row: 1 x 10 x 50

    tri cable push down: 1 x 10 x 45

    did this circuit twice more

    abs: was tired weak ab for today 2 sets of 10 x 10 (i mighta been out of time, gym was closing, dont remember)

    i think this is all we got done today, ran out of time, gym was closing
