started weight lifting when i just turned 16, weighed over 14stone and was only about 5'6, 38% body fat.

no pics of me at that time (reformatted and lost the pics, member TZ has seen previous pics of me though l0l).

got down to about 13 stone and grew to 5'10 got down to 20% body fat without doing any cardio or dieting. (well i got a job that sure makes me burn some calories)

    pic of me at 17

started dieting recently, now down to 17% body fat (18 years old now), weight 12stone 7

I bench about 105kg for reps, let the flames commence :)

    Good for you man.

Do you have a long-term goal in mind, or just seeing how far you can take it?

just seeing how far i can take it really.

it's just the dieting part that im finding really hard, been doing it for about 6weeks now and dont want to eat fish ever again :yuk: (was eating it all the time), need more ideas on tasty but low fat meals to eat.

been eating alot of rice and chicken, dont think i'll ever get bored of that. :)

Good work, but why in the fuck do you use such an archaic measurement of weight?

Can you not measure mass in kilos?
