    I’ve never tried keeping a log so this is my first stab at it.

    I got sick a while back and had some hospital time; I haven’t touched a weight in about 4 weeks. I am going to try getting back into it. Goal is to get to 175 while adding LBM for now.

    Current weight is 168 :wtc:. Height is 6’1”; age is 22 and no idea on body fat.

    I will be following a modified Hypertrophy exercise program; basically this http://www.scivationbooks.com/triphase.htm

    3 weeks doing volume;
    3 weeks going heavy;
    3 weeks doing frequency; (upper/lower split)

    Supplements are: CL Purple Wraath, CL Glycergrow, ON Opti-Men Multivitamin, NOW Fish Oil, ON 100% Protein, and a boisterous amount of food. (I will most likely add a creatine supp later)

    After doing some more research I've decided to screw the current plan. I am going back to doing high volume for now, its worked for me in the past so it should work for me again this time around.

    Did my chest workout in the AM, felt like crap. So I went back at night and did shoulders during which i felt much better.

    I've been at a caloric deficit for several weeks while at the hospital. I feel that dramatically increasing my calories isn't such a great idea, i may be wrong though. I will eventually increase as I go along, I used to see great gains when I was taking in only 2,500 calories - its worked for me in the past... lets hope it still is.

    I've been logging my progress on an excel spreadsheet since I began working out... so for convenience I will just post a picture of it instead of writing it all out again.

    I picked up a tub of Optimum Nutrition Glyco-Maize in order to introduce carbs into my PWO shake. My first impressions is that its grainy, makes the shake powdery, but that's the only downside. Its tasteless; so no complaints there.

    Feelt great in the gym, lot of energy... I've been stressed about finals comming up so I decided to include some squats at the end of the workout.

    Had a cheat meal early in the day, so I did not track my food. However I think I totaled about 2,200 calories today.

    And this is me; I took this after being in the hospital for a week and not being able to work out for about a month.
    During this time I lost about 6 pounds and lost a lot of strength.
    So this is my before shot... I hope to get back to where I used to be in the next few months.

    Lifted in the morning, I usually lift at night but morning lifting is actually kind of nice, might have to do it more often now.

    Did biceps in the morning, then came back at night and worked Calf's and Deadlifted.
    Hit some good numbers on my dead's... strength seems to be coming back :)

    Terrible day for me... I have been really busy with Finals just around the corner.

    When I finally made it to the gym they were closing in 30 minutes, so I didn't get much done :(
    ... I decided not to record today's session to save time since they were closing so soon.

    I also wasn't able to eat enough which sucks even more, ugh.
