Just pretend here for a sec...

    Say we have two people...

guy A - Worksout ard, eats massive amounts of food...

Guy B - Works out just as hard, but all his food come from protein shakes....

both guys work out teh same and eat the same amount of calories and protein per day...

Will there be any difference in body composition? Any different at all between the two????

Yes, Guy a will be much bigger. You need fat for hormone production, you need carbs for energy.

Flaw: The guy who eats protein shakes all day can't have the same amount of calories AND protein as the guy who eats other things.

Guy B shits his brains out constantly from his ass-tarded liquid diet and actually loses weight.

Unless, what you mean is he gets all his food from liquid calories?

That would be pretty hard to do, but possible and pretty much the same as eating whole foods :dunno:

But you would have to use like maltodextrin for carbs, coconut and olive oil for fat and psylium or other fibre supplements for fiber..I suppose you could take a multi-vitamin for vitamins...

You also get the problem of no or very little digestive enzymes or phytonutrients from the liquid food unless you like add blended salads to the shakes :ugh:

That would be an MRP shake, not a protein shake.

How can Guy B get the same amount of calories then if all they are drinking is protein?
Unless Guy A is eating nothing but fatless and carbless protein foods like....errr...tuna 6 times a day??

By drinking more protein shakes, calorie = calorie.

I'm out of this thread, it's apparent it's going nowhere.

if he was drinking more shakes, then he would be injesting more protein, which in turn would force guy A to eat more real food containing protein, which also has more additional calories from fat and carbs, which would then mean guy B has to drink even more.....fuck it

Which is impossible if all he is drinking is protein shakes. Now if he is drinking a shake with protein powder and various other things/weightgainer shakes, that is a different story.
