    Anyone ever really try this and have success? http://www.hypertrophy-specific.com/

    I can honestly say that I have never seen a thread about it. The theory seems pretty sensible. I'm considering doing this for a few weeks just for a change and to see how I like it.

    I went through it once, got some good results, went through it again and got next to nothing. It's a great way to change things up.

    i've done it. your strength will go down while on the routine (not a drastic drop, but still a drop nonetheless).

    it's a nice change of pace routine.
