This is one smart container: Enter your weight, duration and intensity of exercise, the temperature, and altitude into the HydraCoach Intelligent Water Bottle's hydration calculator, and it'll measure how much water you're drinking and recommends precisely the amount of H2O you need.

Not only can the HydraCoach make sure you get enough water, it can keep you from drinking too much as well. But what if you're not thirsty? Maybe it's actually a nagging machine like that Visomate that's constantly hounding you about your posture. That said, its attractive form factor encourages you to take it along for all-day nagging, and it's fairly small — this 22-ounce bottle is just 6 inches tall, a convenient size for athletes and people on the go.

We're already anticipating version 2.0, which we think should track alcohol intake and then disable your car's ignition via Bluetooth when you've passed the legal limit. Alas, that's still in the realm of, uh, sci-fi. But HydraCoach is available now, and looks like a lot of tech for $30

Now humans can overcome their age-old dilemma of not knowing when to drink water.

I bet with that you would drink less than a gallon a day.

i find it so fucking funny all these fags that do entire workouts without a sweat are the ones carrying around their gallon jugs of water and other various water bottles in the gym like theyre going to dehydrate doing biceps for 30 minutes. id go two hour crew practices and be fine.
